1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can (16-oz) mandarin oranges, drained
4 eggs
1 carton (16-oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (16-oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
In a big bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, oranges, and eggs. Pour into the prepared cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool in pans until cakes will come out easily. Place 1 level on the serving plate and one on a cable rack.
Mix the whipped topping, pineapple, and pudding mix together. If too deep to spread, add a low quantity of the pineapple juice at a time until it reaches spreading consistency. Spread over top of cake layer on the serving plate. Top with the back layer. Spread remaining mixture over the top and sides of the cake.
Knead the flour into cookie dough until completely blended together. Roll out dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out cookie shapes and put about 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Re-roll the refuse and cut more cookies. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes or just start to brown around the edges. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes then change to wire racks to cool completely. Frost or decorate as desired.
Pineapple Boats
1 medium pineapple; 150g natural yoghurt; liquid sweetener
Cut the pineapple in half length ways, scoop out and die the flesh. Retaining a few pieces to use as decoration, put the pineapple in a suitable container in a freezer, and will until almost frozen. Remove from the freezer and mix with the yogurt and liquid sweetener. Use to occupy the pineapple shells and grace with the reserved pineapple pieces. Serve immediately.
Strawberry Ice
3 tbsp water; 3 tsp gelatin; 175g strawberries, hulled; 150g natural yogurt; liquid sweetener
Put the urine in a heatproof container, sprinkle in the gelatine and forget to soften. Stand the container in a pan of hot water and shake until the gelatin dissolves. Leave to cool, then add the strawberries, yogurt and liquid sweetener. Sieve or work in a blender. Pour into a suitable container and will in a freezer until solid
