It is an advantage that you have experience of using MYOB and hold strong Excel skills. This is a large post that will also make you to get mired in preparing and carrying out marketing initiatives, as good as writing new message to then update our website. Maintain the purchase ledger - paying bills promptly. Bank reconciliations and VAT returns. Managing the petty cash and maintaining supplies in the office. Up-dating website information: responsible for writing content for case studies and latest events - uploading to website. Registering client websites for awards- Organising, streamlining and up-dating office systems. Organising meeting room space for customer meetings - ensuring that clients and directors/staff members have everything they need. Diary management - booking internal and external meetings and phone conferences- General administrative duties and supporting staff members. Organising Directors` schedules. Arranging social events for staff members. Answering the sound and taking details of new business calls.
