Allure9! Applying Liquid Eyeliner - Video!

Applying Liquid Eyeliner - Video!
Applying Liquid eyeliner to the top lash line can be one of the easiest and hardest tricks to do in makeup. Many problems include holding the contrast even, making both eyes match, and doing a flick in the outer corner, also called a cats eye. So here are a few videos i get done, outlining the 4 easy steps to applying a 'cat' liner.

This is rather a natural liner, i may put up a more dramatic liner video in a few days.

Step 1.

You desire the film to appear like its extending to the border of your brow, to do this, you get to form a note from the lower lash line. This can be through in the liquid liner, but i dont like the liner to be that dramatic on my lower lashes, so i use a Mac 214 brush and give a gray or brown liner (anything lighter than the top liner) from the tree of my eye, extending out following the natural direction from the lower lash line. This gives me something to pass my thumb to, as well.

Step 2.

Now i give my 'outline', i can use the liquid liner to the top lash line. I start halfway out, as this is where the liner gets thicker - from the heart to the outer corner, and it stays a narrower line in the inner corner. So i set my applicator on the highest level of my lid and draw it outwards, toward the stock of grey shadow. Then i can use a narrow line on the inner corner.

Step 3.

Now i can take in the flick. I connect the top liner with the grey shadow, and then pulling it low to join with the lower lash line, right in the corner. Then i meet in this triangle with the liquid liner.

Step 4.

Finally, i read my 214 again, and just smoke out the grey shadow from the lower lash line, so instead of sounding like an outline, it now looks like a smokey eyeliner. Bring this towards the inner corner of the eye, as near to the lashes as possible.

So i promise you establish this easy, check back soon for a mineral makeup review : xx
